Packmaster Launch

Released:8th June 2010

Cost effective packaging just got better

Recently launched at the Total Exhibition 2010 and Logistics Live, Easypack showcased its latest packaging system, The Packmaster. The launch was a great success, generating positive interest on the machine that has brought together the best features of the whole Easypack range. Visitors were keen to see how the Easypack machine has evolved into a smaller, compact form with enhanced functionality and adaptability.

During the live demonstrations, people were shown the full benefits of the Packmaster as an economical, high output converting machine.

Customers are provided with the Packmaster on an affordable monthly rental. The machine is loaded with a roll of 100% recycled single or double ply paper. As this paper passes through the machine it is shaped and formed into a continuous cushion which is cut off to the selected length.

The multi layered cushions are strong, flexible, easy to handle and provide excellent protection for all types of product. Cushions can be formed into shock absorbing buffers to block and brace goods and hold them firmly in place. The cushions are favoured by recipients due to their simplicity when unpacking and because they are readily recyclable and 100% biodegradable.

There are massive savings on storage space as rolls of 2 ply paper are converted to 60 times their original volume right at the point of packing.

The revolutionary Packmaster machine can be supplied in a horizontal configuration or built into space saving work benches. Designed to fit into any working environment, our engineers can even design bespoke mounting frames to work within existing conveyors or packing lines.

Here are just a few points to illustrate that how we mean green for you and your business with the Packmaster.
