Cassette SA

The Easypack Cassette SA™ is a user friendly, automatic version of the Cassette system for rapid production of large tubular pillows. 

The operator selects the number of bags and bag length to suit the size of the transit box and product being packed.

Bags are inflated by an in-built fan and are perforated for easy tear-off.

The machine can be mounted on a bench or over a conveyor for high speed operation supplying airbags straight into the box for top fill.

Eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable, compostable film is available as an alternative to LD-PE.
