The new Packmaster machine, based on 15 years of market experience, has been engineered to give a compact and reliable converting machine using the renowned features of the Easypack range to produce a state of the art packaging system. The easy to use paper machine produces durable, flexible, multi-layered cushions which provide proven protection during transit with void fill, that’s economical.

• Lightweight cushions absorb impact and remain tightly in place
• Easily shaped and moulded to product shapes for maximum protection
• 100% recycled paper in white or brown, both are biodegradable and easily recycled

The Packmaster system is loaded with a roll of paper material either single or double layered and as it passes through the machine, the paper is shaped into a continuous cushion formation and cut off to any desired length.

• Multicellular to make it resistant to any impact forces
• Quickly moulded and shaped to protect any shaped object
• Stays securely in place and does not separate or migrate
• Easy to handle, clean in use and offer excellent product protection
• Stock material is produced from 100% recycled paper and the cushion is both recyclable and biodegradable
• The material in roll form takes up minimum space prior to conversion to sixty times its original volume, on demand at the point of use.
